How do human teams score points?

1) Team Steps Average

Your team receives 1 point per step based upon the average of your team’s steps. This score is subject to the Team Survival Modifier (see more below). These points accrue daily.

2) Safehouse Bonus

Your team is awarded a 5,000 point bonus for being the first team to reach any given safehouse. This score is subject to the Team Survival Modifier (see more below). This bonus is awarded once per chapter.

3) Alien K.O. Bonus

Your team can earn up to 2,500 bonus points each day for alien K.O.s. K.O. aliens by tracking exercise in the UtiliFIT tracker and/or by playing UtiliFIT Deskercise games. Each individual team member can contribute to the daily Alien K.O. Bonus proportionately.

For example, on a 10 person team, each member can earn up to 250 points of the Alien K.O. Bonus for the team daily.

4) Team Survival Modifier

The points that your team earns from both Steps and Safehouse Bonus are multiplied by the Team Survival Modifier, or the percentage of your starting team that is still human.

For example, if your team started with 10 members and you’ve lost 1 member to the alien invaders, the points your team earns from Steps and Safehouse Bonus will be multiplied by a Team Survival Modifier of 90%.
