Steps won’t import to THE OUTBREAK iOS app via Apple Healthkit with Withings/Nokia device connected

We’ve identified an issue where steps will fail to import into THE OUTBREAK iOS app via Healthkit if a Withings/Nokia fitness tracker is connected to Healthkit. The cause is an incompatibility between the data that is output into Healthkit by Withings/Nokia trackers, and THE OUTBREAK system.

While we’ve only confirmed this issue for Withings/Nokia devices, the sheer number of 3rd party fitness trackers is too great to test. If you have similar issues with another 3rd party device hooked up to THE OUTBREAK via Apple Healthkit, please open a ticket with our support team to let us know!

To fix the issue and resume importing steps via Healthkit from a source other than your Withings/Nokia fitness tracker, (sorry, we hope to support these devices in the future) please follow the steps below:

FIX: DELETE THE INCOMPATIBLE DATA AND DISABLE THE INCOMPATIBLE DEVICE IN APPLE HEALTH:
