How do I connect my Apple Watch?

To sync your activity from Apple Healthkit (and Apple Watch):

1) In the Lost Tides iOS app, navigate to SETTINGS > ACCOUNT, and tap PAIR FITNESS TRACKER.
2) Toggle the “Healthkit/Apple Watch” switch to ON.
3) Grant the requested permissions for STEPS.

If you are using a third party app to sync your activity from Apple HealthKit, two sets of permissions must be granted in the Apple Health app:

1) Your steps/exercise tracking app(s) must have permission to write STEPS to Apple HealthKit.
2) Lost Tides must have permission to read STEPS from Apple HealthKit.
