How do I reset my password?

Note: You must have previously created an account in order to reset your password.

To reset your password:

1) Visit your group’s designated login URL.
If you need assistance locating your group’s login URL, please ask your challenge organizer or open a support ticket using the gray button above-right on this support site.

2) Click on the SIGN IN button for returning users.

3) Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD? link below the password field.

4) Enter the email address you used to register your account in the field provided and click on the SUBMIT button.
If you can’t remember which email you used to register your account, please open a support ticket using the gray button above-right on this support site.

5) Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
